Always have good results shopping at Tops
Very nice little Tops. People are friendly and store was clean and well stocked.
Consistently understaffed. Hard to grab lunch or a quick morning bagel when you have to get to work. Nice staff that do work there. The fried chicken is the best but they never have it ready...even when you call ahead and order.
I shop at this store regularly. I was in the store on 2-14-17 at 5:34pm. Upside to the store are some of your employees. The cashier Karen is wonderful with people. I would like to see her in customer service. A place where she could be more of an asset than she already is. You have a Grocery Manager by the name of Matt Chido. He is absolutely an asset to your company. Both these employees have good people skills and are good workers. Both went way out of their way to help me. Both made me feel they appreciate my business. I hope Tops appreciated Karen and Matt as much as I do.
