Very unsatisfied with this place... Im there on time every appt but i always sit there for about 10 min in the waiting room. And i get out of there 5 min before my hr is up.. So really im losing 15 min of the hr im supposed to have... I'm sure medicaid is paying for a whole hr...today was very unfortunate... I sat in the waiting room for an hr n then they finally tell me they don't know where she is n wut not.. So basically i got up early to go there and sit in their waiting room... Come on ppl this is therapy not the line at dss.. How is therapy supposed to work if u arent being a therapist... Im looking at other options for therapy.
